Defrost method:
Defrost in the fridge overnight alternatively leave out at room temperature for +/- 3-4 hours.

Preferred Cooking Method:
These mussels have already been blanched and so just need to be reheated. The mussels are perfect for a pasta, Paella or Mussel pot.

(Chefs tip: See recipe section for our delicious mussel pot recipe, however keep in mind this product is already blanched and so recipe would need to be slightly adjusted – contact us for details.)
